Is Living Tantra associated with any particular lineage, teacher, or school of Tantra?

I have been trained primarily in the lineage of Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati of Rikhia, India. However, Living Tantra is not in any way an official representative or voice of this lineage, or of any of the other teachers with whom I have studied, or other lineages into which I am initiated.

Do you teach?

Yes. I maintain a regular schedule of classes and other events at the Portland, Oregon community center: Jaya Kula. If you want to arrange a satsang or class in your area, feel free to contact me.

Do you teach Tantrik sexual practices?

No.

Will you place a link to my site on Living Tantra?

Probably not. The people and products listed on Living Tantra are those with which I have first-hand experience. Living Tantra is not a general promotional site.

Can I use postings from Living Tantra with my students or on my website?

Living Tantra is registered with Creative Commons. Please click on the Creative Commons widget at the bottom of the righthand sidebar to access the page that describes the conditions under which you may distribute writings from Living Tantra. In a nutshell, though, if you wish to use Living Tantra postings in any commerical context, or context for which you are receiving payment, write to me and request permission. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You are free to distribute postings from Living Tantra in any non-commericial context.

Anyone who wishes to reference, quote, or reproduce postings from Living Tantra in a public, non-commerical context, or with my permission, must clearly indicate the source of the material by including an active URL link to http://www.livingtantra.net and my name.

Why isn’t the commenting function enabled on Living Tantra?

Living Tantra exists to share accurate information and insights based on authentic teachings confirmed by practice. If there are any missteps, they are my own. This method is simpler, and safer, for everyone concerned.
